Handicap Manager for Excel is a custom application written with Visual Basic for Applications in Microsoft Excel. It is completely compatible with Excel 97/2000/XP/2003 or higher. It meets all the requirements of the USGA Handicap System for the computation of USGA Handicap Indexes.
