Includes an OCR engine for 7 languages, handles any kind of digital files like PDF, MP3, AVI, DOC, XLS, TIFF, JPG, GIF, etc.; and you can define new ones. You can use MS-Word and MS-Excel within ScanVision. The database lets you search files/objects by predefine keys using criterias like : "starts with", "equal to", "like", "greater or equal to", "less or equal to", "between", "different than" or "set".
